Postponement FAQs

Reed Exhibitions and the Reed Jewelry Group are postponing JCK Las Vegas/Luxury 2020, originally scheduled to take place during May 31-June 5, 2020, due to the growing concerns over public health and safety and the escalation of COVID-19.

We recognize the challenges and inconvenience the postponement may cause for our community of attendees and exhibitors and we realize that you will have many questions about the rescheduled show, what happens if you are unable to attend, payments and logistics.  While we will do our best to answer your individual questions as quickly as possible, we ask for your patience.

When will JCK Las Vegas/Luxury 2020 occur?

We are currently determining the new timeline for the show, and are committed to complete transparency with our exhibitors, attendees, partners and vendors. We will keep you informed as soon as we have information to share. We appreciate your support as we work to solidify our dates and work with our partners to find solutions to logistical and operational issues that may arise.

I have a hotel reservation at the Venetian & Palazzo Resort, made through the JCK Show. What do I need to do? 

For those who have booked through us at our host hotel, the Venetian or Palazzo, your reservations will be automatically canceled on March 18th with all deposits refunded. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to show on your credit card account.

I have a hotel reservation at the Mirage/Treasure Island, made through the JCK Show. What do I need to do?

The Mirage and Treasure Island have automatically canceled reservations made through the JCK Show booking pages with all deposits refunded. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to show on your credit card account.

What will happen to my existing registration for JCK Las Vegas/Luxury 2020?

Your registration will be automatically transferred for your participation in the rescheduled JCK Las Vegas/Luxury 2020. No action is required on your part.

I paid a registration fee, will I receive a refund?

Per our registration terms and conditions, all amounts paid to date to attend JCK Las Vegas/Luxury 2020 in June will automatically transfer for your participation in the rescheduled 2020 event.

What will happen to my contracted exhibit/presence at JCK Las Vegas/Luxury 2020?

All amounts paid for exhibit space or media to date for the JCK Las Vegas show will automatically apply towards participation in the rescheduled JCK Las Vegas/Luxury 2020. Exhibitors will receive a letter detailing this process via email once the new dates are announced.

If I do not have a balance due for JCK Las Vegas/Luxury 2020, will I owe anything for the rescheduled show?

No, there will be no difference between the cost for the June 2020 show and the rescheduled JCK Las Vegas/Luxury 2020.

 We greatly appreciate your business and your patience as we finalize our new timeline. You can certainly reach out to your sales representative if you have additional questions although we will communicate with you proactively and update these FAQ’s as we have additional information.  We look forward to continuing to support you to make your presence at JCK Las Vegas/Luxury 2020 a success.
