Luxury 2025 Hotel Room Block Information
Rooms are limited and demand is high — reserve now to guarantee your spot!
Luxury 2025 invited retailers and booked exhibiting companies have been notified by email of their hosting/invitation packages and links to book hotels. These links are unique to hosting level and should be used to reserve accommodations.
Hotel accommodations on property are not guaranteed until booked, and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Please secure your room ASAP as rooms are expected to sell out. The deadline to book rooms in Luxury’s hotel block is April 3, 2025.
- Legacy guests still can enjoy our preferred pricing and The Venetian’s flexible cancellation policy when you book through us.
- Both towers in The Venetian Resort present the perfect combination of comfort and convenience, making for a quick trip home after evening events. Specific towers are based on availability of rooms.
- The Venetian offers a variety of elegant restaurants, bars, event venues, and high-end stores for shopping for when you’re not on the show floor, as well as a wonderful selection of pools.
These are rooms for Luxury Badge Holders that are for additional staff. These are not complimentary rooms. Qualifying levels received an email with their level’s hotel booking link. You may book in addition to any complimentary rooms you may have received. JCK, Luxury, and RX reserve the right to cancel any rooms booked in the incorrect block.
Stay on the Strip
JCK and Luxury partners with Connections Housing to provide rooms at other hotels on the Strip including Treasure Island, Bellagio, Fontainebleau Las Vegas and Resorts World.
JCK & Luxury will be providing free shuttle services between the Fontainebleau Las Vegas, Bellagio, Resorts World and The Venetian Expo each day of the show.
Get Added to the Venetian Resort’s Luxury Room Waitlist
If you are not able to book in the JCK/Luxury room block at The Venetian Resort for any of the days you are looking for, we have created a waitlist in case more rooms become available. We recommend that you sign up to be added to our housing waitlist if staying at the Venetian is important to you. We also suggest checking the room rates directly on The Venetian’s website, as they fluctuate and while the weekends are higher, the weekdays are quite affordable and worth considering.
