Spotlight On: Retail Experience

Each day, we’re inspired by the many innovative ways retailers (especially you, jewelry retailers!) are engaging with their consumers. With this evolving trend and feedback from our advisory board and conversations with you, we’ve decided to reimagine our traditional Retailer of the Year program to share, highlight and celebrate those retail businesses that embody the idea that we must delight, inspire and surprise our customers each day.

In order to do this, the Luxury team will be hitting the road, attending your events and visiting your stores to see how you are changing the way jewelry retailing is done.

Throughout the year, we’ll share these experiences along the way with a culmination during Luxury to celebrate those making a difference.

How does it work?

We want this to be easy for you! No need to nominate yourself or a fellow retailer—simply let us know what’s going on at your store. This can be as simple as providing a coffee to your customers while they shop, having a VIP watch club or hosting exclusive events for your best customers. This can be done in a variety of ways:

  • Share updates in the Luxury Facebook Group—let us know about upcoming events or initiatives going on in your store that are making a difference.
  • Submit the information on our website form below. What happens if we can’t get to your store? Share it, send it or post it! Let the community know what you’re doing—post your experiences to the Luxury Facebook Group or send us the info and we’ll post it! Either way, keep us in the know.
