Meet Isabel Cajulis, Your New Retailer Account Manager

As our plans start taking life for the 20th Anniversary of Luxury and our highly anticipated move back to the Venetian, I wanted to introduce myself as your new Retail Account Manager. Hannah Connorton has recently changed roles within our parent company and we wish her all the best!

I’m looking forward to getting to know each of you personally—understanding your businesses and needs leading up to the event. To get things started though, I thought it would help you get to know me by sharing some information about my career and industry experience…

I entered the jewelry industry in 2010 working with designers and retailers at the Silver Promotion Service, an industry association. From there, I joined JCK Events in 2016 working with JCK Loyalist retailers and International Delegations for both JCK Las Vegas and JCK Tucson.

Outside of JCK, I have enjoyed getting to know many industry leaders by sitting on the Women’s Jewelry Association (WJA) Foundation and American Gem Society (AGS) North Jersey Guild boards, and by volunteering at key industry events throughout the year.

Next up on my calendar, I’ll be heading to JIS October in Miami (Oct. 19-22). If you’ll be there, or are in the area, let me know if you’re available to meet—it would be great to see you face to face! I’m looking forward to continuing my travels after JIS by visiting your stores and learning about your unique jewelry market. If you are hosting a milestone event in your store or want to show off your amazing in store experience, we’d love to be there!

And as always, please feel free to reach out to me with questions about navigation, exhibitor recommendations, and pre-show planning preparations. Now, more than ever with the move to the Venetian, I’m here for anyone needing assistance—those loyal Luxury guests who join us each year as well as those of you who will be experiencing Luxury for the first time in 2019!
